When anyone in our family gets a cold I use Young Living, R.C. oil blend on their chest and in the humidifier. It is a blend of theraputic grade eucalyptus, lavender, spruce, pine, marjorum and peppermint. It clears the congestion so they can sleep and breath through their nose.
